Everyone’s “QA” Internal Campaign

Before the Ramsey Solutions website migration that merged 15 business units into one, global domain, we wanted to have extra visibility on the website. This was an internal awareness campaign to encourage everyone at the company (over 1,000 people) to “QA” (Quality Assure) aka, test the pages they migrated over so we could find bugs, missing images and any other problems during the 3 month period before flipping the switch to turn on the new domain to the public.

These were placed around campus and coordinated with messaging at all-hands staff meetings leading up to the migration date. Nostalgia works, people loved the posters and were hyper-vigilant about testing and reporting bugs. Post campaign, teams reporting bugs to fix increased 80% and we were able to reduce a ton of risk before turning on the new site.
