Pssst, also, I am a huge fan of using empathy and efficiency to build trust that allows people to unlock their best work-life-selves and grow in their careers. My other personalities love seeing and playing live music and also moonlight as a stand-up comic.

The long version:
My name is Lee. I'm a design leader & career coach that's lived in Nashville for almost 25 years. For 15 of those years, I've been leading teams, designing experiences, and championing vision & strategy in tech, email, entertainment & the financial space. I also love to speak on topics that inspire teams and help company’s build & maintain their unique culture. In my free time I write comedy and have played bass in several average-to-low-average indie rock bands in the Nashville area, but trust me when I say this: no one cares.
Above all I am a servant leader that has a passion for scaling processes and growing people to lead from whatever seat they’re in. I’ve helped brand companies of all sizes, design and market products that have both succeeded and failed, and built design systems and teams that brought consistency to complex company structures– and most importantly I’ve told very appropriate jokes throughout all those situations. Humor assists my passion for building and leading cross functional teams that love coming to work each day. I never take myself too seriously, but I do always bring my best attitude to work and strive to build strong, resilient relationships that can make it through the most challenging times.
